Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Pulled’s website, app, and related services. By using Pulled, you agree to these terms.

What Pulled provides

Pulled helps identify trading cards, organize physical collections, show market context, and prepare marketplace activity. The service is evolving and may change, pause, or discontinue features as it develops.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Information you provide must be accurate. Contact support@pulled.cards if you believe your account has been compromised.

Recognition and pricing

Card identification and pricing can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Pulled’s values are estimates based on available market information, not appraisals, offers, guarantees, tax advice, or investment advice. Inspect the physical card and verify important details before buying, selling, insuring, or making another financial decision.

Your content and marketplace activity

You retain ownership of the photos and information you provide. You give Pulled permission to process them only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any listing you publish and for complying with the marketplace’s rules, fees, shipping obligations, and buyer protections.

Acceptable use

You may not use Pulled to:

Third-party services

Features may connect to Apple, Google, eBay, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services. Pulled is not responsible for third-party availability, decisions, content, or transactions.

Suspension and deletion

You may stop using Pulled or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict or suspend access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to a serious violation of these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pulled is provided “as is” and without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, exact recognition, complete market data, or a particular result. To the extent permitted by law, Pulled will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to support@pulled.cards.
